Easy to set up, easy to use and so effective for an abdomen workout. Jut do some research to know how to use it effectively.

I've been using it for about two months now and haven't had a problem with it! Took 10 seconds to put together and hasn't come apart (I could take it apart if I wanted though), it does very very slowly slip apart due to the movement but we're talking milimeters per workout where you'd need like 10 centimetres for it to come apart, and all you have to do is give it a squeeze and it's back 100% fine.When I first bought it I think I saw reviews saying the mat was too small: it's not. The mat is for your knees, not for your legs/body. I could fit my knees on there and still have lots of room, yet it's small enough to just put behind a cupboard when not being used.

The roller it self is easy to put together and a well made and sturdy bit off kit. The knee pad is a must have especially if you have bad knees like me, I have arthritis and metalwork in the one of my knees and the mat helps out alot when doing the exercise.

Quite sturdy & easy to assemble with the added bonus of a knee pad included (to be honest though I wouldn't describe the pad as extra thick as it's stated but it's adequate & included in the very good value price plus free P&P.

Bought due to having roll outs in my programme wasn't really sure what to expect - I thought the price is basically want you get but the quality exceeds the low price. Excellent product and very happy with my Ab roller

I love the thickness of the knee pads. You can do an ab workout in a small space.
