Interesting "health" drink alternative
12 cans of sparkling water in a box for £26 – this is an expensive way of consuming water, so it will come down to whether you think the magnesium benefits are worth it or not. There are four different varieties, one is unflavoured whilst the rest are different types of very light fruit flavourings, each of which tastes okay but I must say the unflavoured is my favourite. I'm not really au fait with the benefits of magnesium beyond which what is written on the product description. They are not at all unpleasant to drink. But the price is a significant and, for me, prohibitive factor in enjoying these longer term. As the old music hall song goes, you could "have a banana" and get it over with far more cheaply.
