Fall out
They do the job well. But they fall off this could be very dangerous if someone stepped on it

Use hammer to put into boxspring frame
So easy to install. Had to reposition a few, but easily removed with hammer. Beds are in rental property. After installing, yanked bed skirts and shoved mattress around a lot. Don't foresee any issues. Previous bed skirts were held down with duct tape, which proved ineffective. Then with straight pins, which were a bear to put in, and remove. Only concern is how long it took to ship-- used Prime account and one item arrived next day, but this one would not arrive for 3 days- even though during ordering process it said it would arrive in 2. We needed it in 2. Placed a new order for just this product- which gave an arrival in 2 days, in the morning. The arrival time constantly changed, and we had to delay our travel plans four hours as this was needed for the trip.

Difficult to use
Purchased these to tack a bed skirt to box springs to keep the bed skirt from shifting. I couldn't use them. They would not stay down in the foam part of the box, and you need a hammer to put them into the wood frame. The plastic part is thick, so I was afraid it would damage the mattress when it placed on top of the box spring. Heavy duty and probably a good product, just not what I needed.

Fall out easily and attempt to puncture your foot…
Well honestly thought they were going in solid. But being straight pins with any kind of movement they fall right out of the base of the bed. I put them in on top and on the side attempting different ways but they just keep shaking loose. 2 fell out at different times and almost punctured my wife’s foot and one on my side fell out and almost got me in my my foot. I am one day past return limit on these so I guess that is it. But I would not purchase them. The pins are quite long and you would not want these embedded in you. I think the better option is still the standard curly pins for a bed skirt. These are just a bit too scary when they fall out and they just don’t stay in place well.

Works great!
This is the first time I have ever used these kind of bed skirt holding pins. I love them! I hate the screw in type. They always snag the bed skirts. These go in very easy and you have your bed skirt secure in just a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend !

These are larger than expected, but not excessively so
They are pretty much what I expected, but larger than anticipated. There was one that had only a single 'nail', but the others seem fine. I wanted a way to secure my bedskirt, and the twisty ones wouldn't work at all. These were able to secure the bedskirt to the box spring, but I didn't try to attach them to the wooden frame. That would have required using a hammer and I was concerned that hammering them might break them. If they come out of the heavy fabric covering the boxspring I will have to try that method to secure them. I hope they work. So far, so good

Caution opening package!
The pins arrived in a bag and a couple were poking through and I pricked a finger while opening the item. I did send a message to the seller but apparently they don't care because they did not respond. The pins are also too short and pop out of the mattress so unfortunately I do not recommend this item.
