As an older woman, I do not have the strength to move furniture by lifting and foisting as I did in the past. These are simple to use and I can move very heavy furniture with one hand. Highly recommend.

I used these for moving a huge new bed. They worked wonderfully.

My cabinet is very heavy and large. I used the large pads and when we placed the first pad under the leg, I heard a lot of cracking and wasn't so sure the pad was going to survive. We were able to get all four pads under and the move was fairly easy for two of us. I give these a thumbs up for sure!!

I'm 80 years old and I wouldn't be able to move anything without theses sliders...I just leave them under all the things I need to move at times. That way I don't have to lift as much

The only reason I didn't give them a 5-star rating is that using them on dirty concrete causes deep scratches, but hey, we moved a fully loaded BIGGEST size chest freezer all the way across the garage floor with no problem! That's why I bought another batch. The first batch lasted 28 years, and I was delighted to find them still available.

Love that it came with small ones

I've had something similar before to help move furniture around. This time I needed something to rearrange my bedroom furniture by myself. I found these and boy did they do the job! I just needed to lift a corner leg about an inch to slide the piece into place. The smaller sized ones would probably do better on hardwood flooring. The larger ones worked like a dream across the carpeted room.

Prompt amazon prime delivery, soo easy to use. Just place under each corner and slide away!. Fed up of waiting for my adult son to move some furniture for me I thought I would try these. I am a rheumatoid arthritis sufferer and some days can barely move myself let alone objects, but popped these under my very heavy wooden bedroom furniture and off they went with minimal persuasion across carpet and then practically skated across wooden floor. I found the most difficult thing was trying to get them placed under the heavy furniture to start but once you have managed to put one under, it aides getting the rest under. I should of brought two packs then it would of saved me moving ,removing to then moving again to another piece as I struggled to put them back underneath to move the other piece again. I shall be be buying another set and putting them under my white goods to assist with cleaning, whoever designed these needs a medal! Every year we have to move a small but heavy chest of drawers from the living room into the hall to make space for the Christmas tree. It is a tricky job and care must be taken to not damage the carpet ... or ourselves!When these arrived I was sceptical as they look a bit cheap and flimsier than I expected. However they worked brilliantly. You only need to lift the corners a tiny bit to slide the gliders in, then it's just a case of pushing across the carpet, they glide really smoothly. Now the challenge is to store them in a safe place to be found again next year!

I was sceptical about these when I ordered and even more so when I actually saw them - plastic discs with orange foam. I couldn’t see how they would work. However, I’d bought them to move an extremely heavy sideboard out of the living room in order to get a carpet fitted, so needed to try them at least. They are BRILIANT! Just pop one under each corner (by tilting slightly and slipping under) and they glide the furniture effortlessly to wherever it needs to go. So good, I’ve told everyone I know! Such a simple idea... you won’t be disappointed!

I've bought these to use on hard wood flooring. I've tried them under a fairly heavy oak table and under a much lighter set of shelves.I previously use the felt pads type which worked fine but I ran out and decided to try these based on the numerous good reviews.First thing to note, they're ugly. They're are much bigger than anticipated, but no stars taken out for that, as you can already see that from the product description.Second, compare to the felt type sliders, they're useless on hardwood flooring. I'm not going to say that they don't help a bit , cause they do but the felt slider are much cheaper and twice as effective.Also to note after only one use under my table, the pads were scratched. Maybe my floor was not totally spotless but I do believe they scratch easily which will lower their effectivness even more.I'm usually not one to go against the flow, and I do believe these should work well on carpet, but I would not recommend them for hard floor.

I never write reviews, despite the embarrassing amount of stuff I buy on here. BUT these deserve a review for definite as we're so impressed with them.We have a very old, extremely heavy upright piano. For context, last time we tried to move it ourselves in our previous house we had to give up as my husband and I just could not manage it (and we gouged the floor for good measure). So here we were in our new house, thinking we really don't like where the piano is, we want to move it, we can't move, are we going to have to pay someone to move it (again!).Anyway, I did some googling (as you do) and saw a few people recommend furniture sliders. I wasn't massively convinced as the piano is SO heavy, but thought for the price it was worth a try. And, well, what do you know - they worked! It was still a workout to move the piano, and a challenge getting these under the feet in the first place (again, because it's so flipping heavy). But we did it. Moved it over carpet and lovely parquet flooring without any damage and without permanently injuring ourselves. Total winner. Can't believe I'd never heard of these things before! If they can move this piano then they can move pretty much anything.
