for those who wrote negative reviews due to this not being a mint you chew.... I guess you should have read the product description. I am not sure how you write a bad review of a product that does exactly what it claims to do because you wanted it to do something else. I have been using Parsley Oil and Parsley to prevent the breath and aftertaste of Garlic and Onions, as well as other stinky foods that stick with us, for years. It works in the gut and does a fantastic job. It even prevents it from escaping though your pores and other body parts for days and no more Onion burps! Ick!! Lets face it, some of the best tasting food is also gas forming. ( it helps the other end result too, if you know what I mean) I would much rather belch up a little parsley and mint than garlic and onion. Everyone I have turned on to these little gems is an instant fan and working in close proximity to some people who love some good gassy foods, I am glad they are now big fans too! Definitely worth keeping in your purse

After eating cookies or food with garlic , the product wasn’t able to freshen the breath

These work and very necessary for anyone doing low carb diet and gets dog breath. I only wish that the price was better.

Not really sure if they're helping with my bad breath but 15-20 minutes after taking 2 of these capsules I did have a nice minty taste in my mouth.. They don't upset my stomach at all.. From reading some of the reviews some people don't actually READ BEFORE TAKING.. These are to be SWALLOWED WITH WATER and NOT TO BE CHEWED.! I will probably order more......

These are horrible. Taste like I'm burping gasoline every few minutes. No good.

I was surprised the bottle came so fast with prime and then when I open the sealed bottle the pills were a good small size. No need to worry about huge pills. I took 2 and my breath smells wonderful and fresh like just cut parsley. I like knowing I am doing something good for my body. Thanks for a wonderful product! Also this is a good as a purse or pocket sized item.

Doesn't really help breath from inside. These made me burp a different smell. Wasn't bad, but wasn't what you would expect as good breath. Wouldn't buy again.

I have a hiatus hernia that gives me GERD breath. I would take one capsule after food. Somehow it causes me to burp a lot more than usual. Every burp tastes very "herb-y", maybe that's how concentrated parsley oil tastes? I'm not sure if I would recommend this.
