This does not work on an induction stove top while it was advertised as induction-compatible.
I now have to return this fry pan because it doesn't work on my induction stove. How irritating to not be able to rely on the product specifications. I'm not sure if they were provided by Cuisinart or Amazon. Can you please clarify?

Started out great. Does NOT last!!!
All of the reviews written about how great this pan is must have written them straight after unboxing. I was also a huge fan - and used this piece daily - until....today. Suddenly it is NOT nonstick. Eggs, even bacon, just fused to the pan. I loved this thing and treated it like gold - followed the included instructions to the letter. I was even going to recommend on my cooking blog. Glad I waited because that would’ve been a spectacular retraction. What a disappointment from a mainstay and supposedly quality brand.

Terrible customer service and product support from Cuisinart for Lifetime Warrantied item! Beware!!!
Purchased frying pan from Amazon.ca website July 15. Product warped after several uses. Contacted manufacturer for exchange on August 31. Exchange has been processed and i was informed that the item will be shipped with estimated deliver in 8-18 days. Parcel received on October 7 (after my reminding email... where it was actually shipped on October 5th) with the wrong/different model replacement product inside. Contacted manufacturer to inform about it and got an answer: "Unfortunately, we do not have the model you had, which is why we have had to send the different model. Please note that we cannot process refunds, so if we can arrange to have you return the replacement, however, if you do go ahead with the return, please note that we have already sent you what we can offer and we cannot process a refund. " Tried to contact manufacturer multiple times since then with no reply or answer made. Pretty much they sold me defective product with lifetime warranty guarantee, failed to exchange it with a proper one and refused to arrange return/refund. All of the correspondence, pictures, labels etc available. Replacement product is unused and was not removed from the original packaging, since i don't need it and cannot use the one i've purchased. It looks like they just not interested in doing anything and prefer just to keep my money, that i won't let them do.

NOT Induction compatible
Although the product description states this skillet is induction compatible, it is NOT. I am extremely disappointed and would like to get a refund but this was delivered to my country, Singapore, I don't have that option unless I pay for shipping to return this item. Very unprofessional of Amazon to provide such fraudulent product description.
