The product DEFINITELY gets into your system, fast. Here's an example of trying to help yourself, when you really don't know what you're doing. In my youth, I was usually low on B-12. I had very serious issues with this at one time, and was seriously, ill because of it. So when I started feeling sluggish, I just naturally thought I was deficient again. I didn't know how much to take, so I went with my typical way of thinking, that if a little is good, a lot is better. So I started taking the 5,000 strength. Wow. I went to the doctor for blood work approximately a week later. My B-12 went from marginal low, to being flagged for being WAY too high. This product works, but use caution. I broke them in half, and we'll see what the next reading looks like. I wrote this to say, use caution. The product really does get into your system. Try a smaller size and work up gradually.
