Helped a lot, gentle and effective.

Works well. Goes in to the skin well with abit of rubbing. No smell or greasy fingers. Downside is that it's very expensive for the amount you get.

Bought this cream to help with a few areas of skin affected by psoriasis, it does help but it isn't a cure. It does soften the outer layer of skin but doesn't penetrate to the lowest layers & so the process just begins again. Is it worth the money compared to standard E45, I'm going to say no after using it daily for a few weeks now. I've used capasal shampoo & gp prescribed creams, so far I've not found anything that really gets rid of the dry crusty skin.

There wasn’t any smell to the cream and you definitely don’t need much at a time. You will feel a tingling sensation when you 1st apply, after a day or so it goes away. The amount you get is a little pricey but for the amount needed, it’s worth it

I have guttate psoriasis and this didn’t do anything to touch it however I could imagine it working for other types and mine has been very difficult to treat so I think the product itself is great and really softens the skin but wouldn’t bother if your psoriasis is very hard to treat as you will need something stronger prescribed.
