The "AUTOTOOLHOME 2 inch (50mm)" is a very good hole saw. I paid about $10 in April 2025 for this tool. I used it to cut 2" holes in 50 year old automotive sheet metal, and it performed very well. My old cordless drill could not keep up, so I switched to a reliable, powerful corded drill to do the work. The hole saw quickly started cutting through the steel, throwing off fine metal chips. I did not get the feeling that the cutter overheated or lost its cutting ability during the cuts. However I took the time to get even, consistent cuts, trying to hold the drill at a consistent position to ensure that the metal would cut through evenly. I let the tool do the work, and did not rush the job, however I don't feel like it took the saw an unreasonable amount of time to to make the cuts. For this project I only made 2 holes, so there was not a great amount of time to wear out the saw. During use I did *not* notice any broken or lost teeth on the saw after use. For the price, this cost me $5 per hole which is fair. I believe this will serve me well in the future next time I need it.

Cut 6 2” holes in 3/8” hot rolled steel and still able to cut more. Expected/planned on getting 2-3 holes. No lost teeth. Cut slow using hand drill, about 100 rpm, and used oil frequently.

Hole saw worked great. Cut easily thru sheet metal. The bit broke after a couple of uses. Had to order another bit.
