SAMSUNG QN75QN90A / QN75QN90AA / QN75QN90AA 75 inch QN90A Neo QLED 4K Smart TV (Renewed)

Looks brand new. Not sure what was "renewed" other than maybe a pad on the bottom of the stand, but It was packaged and looks like new. This is a 2021 model, but has most of the features of higher end and newer models. Picture is fantastic; the Adaptive feature with mini-LEDs and local dimming works well to automatically adjust the lighting. Sound is good, but better base with a sound bar with woofer. Be aware, there are several identical TVs with slightly different model numbers and Samsung is not very good at explaining that or doing comparisons. I ordered this QN90A model but received model QN9DA (apparently the Costco model number). I was initially concerned about this but after a lot of digging I was able to determine that they are identical (if one is comparing the same class size). The seller contacted me and apologized for the confusion.

I ordered this TV on November 14, 2022. TV arrived in new condition, without any marks or blemishes. The model I bought is renewed. The picture quality is great. In comparison with a TCL TV that I previously owned the picture quality is better, the sound is 10x better. The TCL lasted about 3 years then just quit powering up. This model is still going strong with the exception of a few quirks. The solar charged remote does not hold a charge well even when left in sunlight, and the Samsung replacement is pricey. The start up is a little finicky at times and moving past the default screen is the way to get past the black startup. The sound quality is very good, the best I've experienced from a TV. The color range is good and the black colors are very good. I have a 55 inch Samsung that is over 15 years old and the picture quality between these two isn't extraordinary, but the sound is much better on the new one. Would I buy it again? Maybe if the price were around $500 and not renewed.

This display is superb. Brilliant colors and games in 4k masterfully. I love it so glad I returned the dim lg oled & pucked up this beautiful powerhouse of a monitor. 3080Ti @120hz on PC is glorious. I hope this lasts me 10 years or more. I have never loved a screen more than this one. Buy it now it will blow you away.

TV completely dead after only 6 months. Woot, (who has changed its name to Heartland Tech) the seller, wont help. Says tough luck. Comes with a ridiculous 3 month warranty. Avoid this seller and its “refurbished “ tvs like the plague.

TV was pretty much new, everything came in in the new package even the remote and it also came with the paddings on the side of the TV to lay it flat while installing the leg. Would 100% recommend and will definetly buy again. Got a new TV for 500 less than retail price

I made the mistake of purchasing a renewed tv at $1200. Of course right over the year mark, the tv is having multiple problems connecting and starting the apps. I constantly have to restart the tv, sometimes multiple times to get it to connect properly. Its not my connection, because I can have the same program on in another room and it work perfectly fine. This was a horrible mistake that I will NEVER again do. The worst purchase decision of my life!

This one I purchased Amazon certified refusbished, and came with notorious DSE (dirty screen effect). Is a condition in which the backlight is not consistent all across the panel, in my case, have two columns with less brightness than the rest of the panel. For what I've read, DSE is not uncommon in Qled Tvs, but in this case is not acceptable. Im not saying that the one you have or intent to buy will have it, but I've seen several customes requesting panel replacement because of this.

Have had the TV operational now that I finally got a remote plus the missing part of the two piece stand. I really love the bigger tv (65") and the sharpness words seem to be on this TV. My wife calls it our theater TV. Also, I really notice much more "depth" or a 3D effect when watching regular shows or movies. I went through sort of hell trying to get the missing parts (remote plus 2nd piece of the 2 piece stand) from Beach Camera (3rd party reseller on Amazon) but, they finally came through when I was going to drive it back to them (Beach Camera in New Jersy - from Washington, DC) as I could not easily ship this 65 inch TV back through USS postal system, UPS or FedEx. Amazon help desk also was helpful maybe in getting them to finally get me the missing parts after 4 weeks of hell and it setting in my living room not able to be fully put together or see it work. Now, it all seems worth it but was not sure the first 4 weeks after it arrived and found out how truly hard it would be to return. I am really happy with this Tv now and it really "ups my tv viewing experience.
