Good and secure
Good for the price. i installed it on the down pipe and it is secure. I think it can store 5-6 keys at least although I only put one. It is quite easy to setup and work with.

Functional and easy to use
So easy to install. Functional for iur family and easy to use. Fits perfectly hidden in our spot and great size. Its been out in the elements and its been great!

I've had this key lock for years now.
This was a very good purchase that has served me very well for 3 years now. I'm happey with this key lock. It's robust, durable, and very functional.

Value
Well presented, sturdy and weighty. Easy to fix to wall, and to reset pass code. My only real moan is that if you remove the “U” bracket, you leave two open holes in the top of the key safe. Obviously thus allowing a large unwanted amout of rain water to collect inside, (not good) if two tiny rubber plugs were supplied with the safe, then problem solved, happy days, a big positive tick for customer relations.

Won’t open
Bought this for my roofer as I wasn’t home during repairs. He used it for a week then it jammed and now it will not open. We have tried everything, but we can’t get it open. I’m going to buy an angle grinder and try and cut it off my railing and try to get my keys out.

Sturdy and useful
We do regular house swaps and this is great to have securely locked outside so that we do not have to be there to hand over keys. Easy to set the lock and use.
