These gummy‘s are so tasty and tart and as others have said, I feel like it’s a little dessert before I go to bed. I am a notorious insomniac due to being menopausal and a light sleeper. I’ve tried many many sleep aids, and I do feel like these help me fall asleep, faster, and to me—faster means within an hours time . I have felt a little groggy in the morning, but not severe more just that I’m really comfy in my bed.😊 so the chill factor of these gummy’s does last through the evening. I will be buying these again. Not the cheapest sleep aid, but they are super yummy and I feel like they help.

I had a hard time falling asleep. I used to take 10 mg of melatonin but not like how straight melatonin made me feel in the morning. I’ve been looking for something to help me sleep. A friend recommended these gummies to me, I was skeptical at first , but figured what the heck. I took two of the sleepy head gummies. First thing I loved was the flavor, they taste like a cross between grape & berry, really tasty. Easy to chew. I took my usual 30 minutes of down time before getting ready to lay down, it wasn’t like melatonin not a straight knock out , but more like a drift into sleep. I slept very well , a comfortable relaxing sleep. Woke up the next day feeling rested and ready for the day. I will definitely be reordering Sleepy head gummies.

My go-to for nighttime wind down. They really help me fall asleep. The travel size packets are convenient though I’ve been frustrated it’s so hard to find the full size bottle lately.

I bought these at Whole Foods and just like with Thrive Market, they've started sourcing this from a different manufacturer. The original is from Austin, TX. The new formula with a bunch of extra additives is from Miami, FL. The FL version is flat, sour, and gross with no sugar coating like the originals. Check the label before you buy this!

The first bottle I bought of this tasted amazing. They worked pretty great. I had headaches when I first started them but that subsided after a week or so. I really like them overall. I just recently purchased a second bottle and I see that they did an update on the bottle and to my surprise, They also changed the Gummies. They look a little different and they taste very different. The taste isn’t as good as before, but they do still work. I’m thankful they work, but I miss the original flavor/texture combination. I am going to keep using them because they are a great product.

I first tried these from Whole Foods but wanted to order here for convenience. I really enjoyed the taste and it helped me get to sleep. Unfortunately the item I received was in a beat up box which sometimes happens ordering through Amazon so didn’t pay mind to that but to my surprise when I opened the container the seal was already broken. I tried to place a return/exchange but that’s not an option on these. After reading more reviews looks like there might be some issues with storing these in warehouse? Not sure what would have caused the seal to be broken but it’s a bit sketchy. May have to order directly from supplier. Other than that I do love these gummies.

Have found that these really helped my sleep. I usually only have to take half of a gummy. I dont wake up feeling hung over as I do with regular melatonin. They are coated in a very tart sugary substance that I don’t love. But extra sweetness aside, they are great!

The only sleep gummie that actually works for me! I wish they wouldn’t add sugar to them though. How Amazon can’t keep these in stock when they literally own Whole Foods is baffling to me though. I have them on subscribe and save, and they are constantly out of stock.
