Review: I’ve been working my way through this book in January in a bid to eat freshly cooked, less processed meals. Every one of the meals we have tried has been delicious and made my kids say ‘can you make this again’. We’ve tried a variety of dinners and the simple sauces or dressings and the range of store cupboard ingredients elevated to something just a bit less boring for a midweek tea have been a revelation. And as a bonus most of them are fast to put together as well. I look forward to making many more delicious recipes - thanks Joe!

My kids would only eat a handful of these recipes looking through the book and the ingredients… disappointing. Who are these families that all eat meals like this every night? Not mine.
