Stumptown is one of my go-to beans! Named for their hometown of Portland, Oregon, which gained the nickname "Stumptown" due to all the logging that took place in the 1800s, leaving "more stumps than trees" (quote attributed to Captain John C. Ainsworth).Holler Mountain makes a lovely espresso drink. Not an overly dark roast, it has a smooth finish with none of the bitterness of the (far too common) super dark roasts that have become so common.

This is a nice tasting coffee but it brews a bit weak in my automatic machine. If you like a weak coffee this might be a good one to try. I prefer a bit more bold brew.

I've had an espresso machine for years and always switched between coffee beans until I tried this. It tastes so good and blends well with anything... milk, a smoothie, protein milk, etc. I stay stocked up now. If you like blonde espresso, you'll love this!

This is an excellent Arabica bean with full bodied aroma and flavor. It's different from other coffees I've enjoyed over the years in that it has a pronounced after taste/effect. It seemed to present a "ringing" flavor sensation at the finish. I can think of no other way to describe it. It could be the pH level, but I have no way to measure that. The bag mentions a fruitiness and that may be a clue. Whatever it is, I will continue to buy it and mix it with my french roast beans, which would be the right blend for my taste.

Nice flavor of plain coffee, but did not taste caramel nor hazelnut flavors at all.

LOVE THIS COFFEE! I LOVE HOW SMOOTH IT IS. IT TRULY IS A NICE BLEND AND DOESNT MAKE MY STOMACH UPSET AT ALL.

My second favorite coffee! Very rich flavor, surprising from a blend. Just very pricey.
