Q: I wear 52DD what size should I get

I don’t recommend. I bought huge thinking it would be good and it wasn’t. Their sizing is way off. I don’t have a clue based on how odd their sizing is.

Q: need for compression after mastectomy. I am 34 inches around. What size should I get?

Large. I wear 34 and this is sufficiently compressing.

Q: I'm a 40B but the X-large size option is not available, what size do I order?

All I can tell you is it runs very small super tight!

I tried this bra and at our cup size you can't even zip it. I sent mine back.
