Worked great for my '04 Acura TSX (needed modification)
I was successful in installing this part in the rear right door of my '04 Acura TSX. However, I needed to make two modifications in order to make it fit. First, the plastic arm that moves back and forth on this part is slightly different from the original actuator on my TSX. The original one is on the right in the attached picture. I had to very carefully pry off the arm on the new actuator (and broke it in the process) and replace it with the green piece from the original actuator. Also, in order for the new actuator to be screwed into place, I also had to take a hacksaw and remove some of the plastic in the groove that slides onto the metal piece of the lock assembly. I found no information online stating that this modifications would be needed, but in my case that was the only way I could get it to fit. Once these two modifications were made, everything went together perfectly. Now all 4 of my doors lock and unlock and that also fixed an issue where my trunk would not open with the button on the back of the car. Hopefully this review will help someone else with the same car.

Great part at a great price
Seems to be a high quality part, but I'll update my review if anything changes. Install took me a little less than an hour in total and could be done by pretty much anyone willing to get their hands a little dirty. Worked first time and ever since. Also, for the nerds out there, I tested the motor on the old one and it still worked fine. It seems it's the gears that are the point of failure.Pro tips: Don't rush, you'll break something. Only unhook the bottom lever attached to the actuator. No need to mess with the lock on the top. Get some leverage on the three outside screws; they're very tight and you don't want to strip them. Wait to unhook the harnesses once the old actuator is out of the door. It's A LOT easier. 😁

Part looked like OEM part.
Perfect fit. Included the plastic latch for the cable so the old one didn't have to be removed. Fit in perfectly and took care of the problem. Installation was tedious, but relatively easy. Just have to be patient and take your time. Time will tell if the longevity is that of the OEM part. No reason at this point to think otherwise. Part was well packaged and protected.

Key fob lock finally works
This is a doable job for anyone with some tools and mechanical skills. Youtube University helps a lot. Watch the video(s), get your stuff together and go at it. Gloves highly recommended as is keeping track of which screws go back where. Mine was a 2005 Honda Accord passenger side fitment. Whole job took me 1 hour even after a flub or two. Three days later...it still works. We'll see about longevity, but I have faith it'll out live the car... and me.

Perfect fit for Ridgeline
I installed this on my 2006 Ridgeline, and it was a perfect fit. Easy enough to install after watching a couple youtube videos. This part was a cheap price, perfect match to OEM, easy to install. I'm very happy with my purchase. My electric locks work perfectly again!Update 06/08/2020 - The passenger side lock I repaired is still working great. The driver side has now started to go out, though, so I am purchasing the other one. I wish I just did them both at the same time. You might want to consider doing both sides if you're replacing one. That way it is easier to remember how to do the install. I'm going to have to refer back to the video to do it again.
