KitchenAid Artisan Mixer 4.8L Matte Grey (5KSM125BFG)

It was my wifes dream to have one since i met her. Got for her birthday and she loves it! It helps her massively to make any deserts, pastries pizza anything to cook or bake. Lot of different attachment is available to do a lot of works. Super handy tool! Its not too loud, it have different speeds but can handle all jobs! It is pricy but it is quility. It is heavy and feels quality, for sure it will be the best companion for my wife in baking and cooking for a long time!

The media could not be loaded. It’s been a few years since I’ve had a stand mixer. The last one I bought cheap - it was noisy and needed me to stand over it and scrape mixture down sides of bowl throughout mixing. I hardly used it. I swithered about spending so much money on a mixer but decided to take the plunge and I’m so glad I did. It’s never been off since I got it - makes baking a pleasure! Everything can pretty much just be thrown into the bowl and it does its job with little interference. It’s so quiet and solid and the fact that it looks fantastic is a bonus. I went for the matte grey as I wanted a bit of a contrast in my kitchen. Warning - it’s darker than it looks in the pictures which surprised me a little when I unboxed but I actually love the colour. It’s classy and won’t date. Best purchase in a long time. If you’re swithering, just do it. ☺️

Already reviewed this on KitchenAid website but here goes after a much longer time in use.A very sturdy stand mixer. Entirely made of metal (glass bowls are available) and so easy to use and clean. Bought for “She Who Must Be Obeyed” after years of using a much cheap mixer. US built, it fits nicely on our kitchen bench. It has done quite a bit of mixing in the weeks leading up to Christmas; Carrot Cakes, Fairy Cakes, Cup Cakes and a Ginger Tray Bake all effortlessly mixed and the toppings were easy too.I can confirm all these things as my good lady has been recovering from a recent op and I did as she commanded. So impressed we went and bought a spare (glass) bowl which I now gather is a must when baking some things.So far, I have been very impressed.

This is a great stand mixer which I bought as an upgrade to a cheaper mixer that had purchased about 10 years ago. I love the overall size (slightly smaller than the old one) which fits into my kitchen space very nicely. So far mainly used to make bread dough and it does a fantatic job. It is worth reading all the instructions properly before you start to use this as it gives you the ideal and maximum speed settings for various type of job (i.e. making bread dough is no higher than 2 else you would burn out the motor). I should have spent the money on one of this quality from the outset really, its worth every penny.

Oh my lordy, the best mixer I have ever used. The quality of design and materials is second to none. It’s only when you use a Kitchen Aid you begin to realise that the others a just good. If you want your baked and makes to just be that little bit easier for you then grab it.

I have wanted one of these for over 30 yrs so I decided I had an Amazon voucher and I’d use it for myself, this is the best quality mixer on the planet, strong, guaranteed for 5 yrs, you can , make cakes, pastry,Make mash potatoes,in an instant and only have a bowl and 1 tool to wash up. Strong yes heavy but you need that power. Great for a large Christmas cake. I’m in love with it. Don’t go for a mini as it’s false economy go for the Artizan model, love my grey colour. I know I won’t ever buy another one in my lifetime! Wish I’d done it years ago!!

I use this all the time now. Also purchased the pasta making attachments and always make our own ravioli, spaghetti now.This is an expensive gadget but a quality kitchen tool.
