We bought 3 packs so a total of 6 for after a knee replacement surgery. They have worked very well. I am a lil biased because I had one left from a company that we represented that was excellent, but these have held up and worked very well. We never used the heat function just the cold function. I put 3 packs in each of the zip lock bags that they came in just in case of possible leaks as some reviews had mentioned, but as brutal as we have been with them we have had no leaks and they are still cold after 6 months of repetitive use.

These ice packs work great. They get cold quickly and fit easily in most freezers. I used mine after surgery and swapped them every hour- worked perfectly. They are very flexible- I was able to fit it in my walking cast when the straps were open- gave me the support of the cast as I was icing.Only downside is humidity; obviously makes the ice pack sweat- I used a small paper towel on the bottom to keep my bandages dry.

No complaints or surprises. The size was really good. They freeze well and provide the function they purport to fill.

These are great for when any of my family have a fever. However, they only stay cold for about 20 minutes so be sure you have enough on hand if you use them for fevers.

These ice packs are just what we wanted. They cool quickly, and they are very flexible if we need to bend them around a joint that aches. I put a kitchen towel around the ice pack when I use it because it can get a little too cold for me. I have used the ice pack on my hip and on my back. It can also be used on knees, or almost any area that needs to be iced. The gel also stays in place. It doesn't all move to one end or the other. After returning it to the freezer, it is always perfectly flat and ready for the next time we need it. It's a good purchase.

The gel gets cold but doesn’t stay cold for very long, when heated up the edges get extremely hot and the center doesn’t get as hot, so even if the center is cooled, you will still get burnt by the edges, it’s ok for the price but I was disappointed

These are great. They’re bigger than I was expecting and are heavy with gel. That makes them retain their temperature as long as you need. Love the flexibility - more versatile than ice. Bags seem thick and durable.
