I live Kinesio Gold. I’m a therapist and I use it on myself as well as my clients. Stays on for days; but doesn’t damage skin. Good support without being restrictive. My go to for taping. 👍

Tape for hand
instead of the black tape that most use I got the beige tape because it doesn't stand out. It works just as well. I have no complaints.

Posting incorrect.
The product speaks for itself, it is amazing. I gave 4 stars because Kinesiotape individual rolls when they come from the factory are 2" x 16.4ft. Which I knew. You have it advertised on website as 2in x 13ft which is incorrect. I ordered it anyway and in fact I did receive the factory width and length. You need to change your posting.

Better than others
This tape sticks fairly well and does not irritate my skin while on or when taking off. Tried cheaper brand but it has poor adhesion so went back to this one. This is also the one my physical therapist used and recommended.

Pain reliving tape
We started using this tape six months ago and it is so incredible taking away the pain. I use it on my husband's lower back and his ankle. I use it for my knees and shoulder. We will continue to use this for a long time. Amazing!!!
