My container arrived completely defective. The powder wasn’t powder at all, it was a solid block with the scoop stuck inside. I couldn’t break it apart even with force, so the product was impossible to use. It also showed as “Not eligible for return,” which was very frustrating, especially since it arrived damaged. Buyers should check their container immediately.

Mixes easily and tastes great. Docked 1 star for the condition of the product upon receipt. It almost appears that moisture got into the container as it was solidified and I had to break it up to scoop any out. Not a deal breaker but kinda makes me question the age of the product or even the manufacturing practices used.

I switched to this from the Pruvit packets due to cost and noticed no difference in results. I prefer to use a water bottle, so it’s a bit of a process to get the product into the bottle, I use a sheet of paper folded in half to direct powder through the bottle neck. Lastly, my experience is that all the added ketone products can act as a quick laxative. You have to gradually work up to daily amounts. And some days if you eat something wrong, or not at all, the ketones will be like taking a fast acting laxative. This is a great product for a dupe of the very expensive brand, but this came hard as a rock and not sure if the ingredients were compromised. So sad, I’ve bought this product twice over the past 3 years and loved the taste and the benefits it offered. Amazon due to not being eligible for a return, I lost 45 dollars .
