I'm only on my first bottle, but so far, so good. I'll definitely be buying more.I also recently received the hot tub maintenance chemicals that I had previously ordered and not received. I noted that in my last product review, and obviously Amazon does look at these reviews since I received the chemicals a short time later after I was forwarded a form asking me to verify that I still wanted the product. Kudos to Amazon for a very well run, efficient operation.

As with most supplements you're supposed to take several capsules per day and almost always have to take it for longer than the quantity available in one bottle to experience the benefit(s) of said supplement. That takes a lot of commitment, and after a few weeks one might expect to see a noticeable impact - I did not feel any different. Maybe I should have taken it longer but I'm thinking better diet and more exercise is far more beneficial than these pills. And yes Amazon they're appropriately easy to swallow, with no unpleasant flavor.I suppose this could work for some people. I am not one of them. I was really hoping to feel like a retired middle aged pro athlete. Instead I felt like a middle aged, middle class, middle management, middle of the road type guy.

Product is great value for the money

Did not like this. Have used non-stim nitros pills in the past with no issue. But this one just made me dizzy, gave me headaches and heavy head. Even just taking 1/2 dose. I can only assume the only benefit is from the caffeine which you can get from regular coffee.
