poorly made winch, fell apart after a short time. Cheaply fabricated, not up to the job - kept stopping. Also beware of more expensive products that are exactly the same, sold by other vendors on Amazon.

Bought this to have a back up pulling motorbikes out of fields etc, set up was easy however a few hours after installing the live and earth wires caught fire luckily it was on an isolated switch so was able to cut the power quickly seems to have an inside fault with the motor not correctly wired in.

I use this winch for pulling Motorbike up a ramp onto a trailer, works perfectly for what I use it for! Just make sure you keep it tensioned when winding it in!!Obviously not built for the heavy recovery or 4x4 world but seems well built for trailers, quads, boats etc! Great value
