I am more successful at avoiding most of the bad stuff than I am at making sure I get all I need from eating enough of the good stuff, I exercise moderately and im at a decent weight (185) for my height (6'2") and age (48) and at a fair fitness level. So although I generally feel pretty good most of the time although I know Im not getting all the nutrients I should from my diet so I decided to try a supplement based on that knowledge and not any particular feeling or health concern. What I love about this product is the quantity of different ingredients that go into this to address a variety of health topics, such as your daily vitamins, energy and strength, liver function, digestive health, etc... which I haven't found in any other supplement, and the price is very reasonable. What Im somewhat ambivalent about is the quantity you have to take (4) per day to get the max. quantity of the ingredients. 4 is a bit much and almost put off buying them, but what Im going to say next is why I DID buy them and why I might not buy them again What I HATE about this product, if you look at the pictures of the label, you will see two pictures of two different ingredient labels. I didn't really notice this at first till I went back and looked after getting the product. The very first label they show you, which is the only one I looked at, shows you that the B12 used is the more healthy and effective Methylcobalamin instead of the cheaper, less safe, and less effective Cyanocobalamin, but another picture for the same product shows a different label with the Cyanocobalamin as the source of B12. The listing of the better B12 source is one of the main reasons I bought this product and despite whether by simple mistake when listing the pictures of the label, or some sneaky underhanded sales tactic (which is what it kind of feels like), I will be digging back into researching a different supplement that is more honest in its labeling and uses the ingredients Im actually looking for.

Where to begin. I have been ordering the non organic version of this multivitamin for over 5 years after multiple recommendations from herbalists and pharmacists. They recommend this one specifically because they derive the vitamins and minerals from actual fruits and vegetables so the vitamins and minerals are actually absorbed in the body and have a positive affect unlike major brands that artificially create the vitamins and minerals which tends to not truly give the benefits of a multivitamin. This vitamin also has minimal preservatives to limit the harm on the body they tend to cause when digested. The vitamin is geared to give energy and it succeeded tremendously every time. The only issue I had with it was it tend to hurt my stomach. When they came out with the organic version, I jumped on the chance to try it and since then have never looked back and that was 2 years ago. It recommends to take 2 to 4 daily, I usually take all 4 because a general comparison of the vitamins 4 pills equals roughly the same amount of vitamins and minerals as 1 from the non organic version. The organic multivitamin does not cause the pain I felt in my stomach during digestion as the non organic one used to cause. The energy from the this vitamin is not quite as good as the non organic vitamin but still works very well. Lastly I do not recommend taking the vitamin too late in the day because of the energy it gives it will make it difficult to sleep.

I have been a huge fan of rainbow light since I was pregnant, I really wish I knew about it before but what can you do, so when it came time to find my husband a multivitamin to exchange for one we had found that just wasn't working, it was a no brainer to go with rainbow light. I loved that it was organic and had produce in it and love how economically cost effective these vitamins are. We decided to give the organic ones a shot. We really do like them and my husband comments that he can tell a change in his body when he doesn't take them for a day, however he's only taking two a day instead of the recommended four to get his bottle to last longer. That said, we have decided to switch to the men's one a day to get more bang for our buck. I do again love rainbow light and it is an excellent product and all plant based, just you do have to take several pills a day. So I give it 4 stars just for that reason alone.

I started taking these vitamins sometime mid 2016. You know, it's honestly difficult to assess whether or not a vitamin is effective, because it's not like you actually feeling anything after taking them. But I also remember that after taking these multivitamins + drinking kombucha + drinking turmeric tea for almost a year and a half I never got sick, which is something I had never experienced in my life. I got sick in about December 2016 and didn't get sick again until about April 2018 when my housemate got sick and ultimately got me sick as well. So, I'd say that if I wasn't living with my housemate my lack of sickness would have been longer. Also, nothing changed with my diet or workout habits, in fact, I was actually probably working out less during that duration, so I must have to attribute it to the multivitamins, because even though I drank kombucha sometimes and turmeric tea sometimes the truly only constant in my life were the multivitamins. So, maybe this will help someone who is deciding to buy multivitamins. :)
