works well for batteries - load tests batteries.
I like that the fact that it plugs in well and maintains good contact with the unit. my last one was a gift and it was very frustrating that the connections were loose. I won't mention the brand as it is not an amazon choice and I didnt purchase it but I detested the thing and tossed it out. This was not an amazon choice meter; I find you need to search outside amazon to find gems like this as you won't find it just searching on amazon. I wish it came with alligator clips, and if it did I would have given 5 stars. I use this for aa,aaa,9v, 3volt, 6volt batteries. It can do other things I suppose, but I use this frequently for checking my batteries.

Nice meter. Easy to read
Nice meter. Easy to read, very repeatable. The battery tester has a load in it so it's not simply a voltage tester. I like the ON/OFF switch so it will be on the range I left it on next I use it. I like the meter.The downside is the test leads. Only the pointed tips are conductive. The sides of the tips are plastic. If that type of probe works for you, great, but I'm not impressed.So, to be clear, I'd give the meter a 5 star. The leads are a 3 - they work, but you can't secure them in a banana plug.

Ueful, Accurate, Sturdy
Useful and fairly accurate. Of course there are better but you'll also be paying more for them. Excellent value. Seems pretty solid but only time will tell if it will last. Make sure you take out the batteries if you're not going to regularly use it to prevent battery leakage damage.

Works great, no problems.
I had a fuse (blowing) problem with a different multimeter and had to send two of them back. This meter works correctly and I haven't had any fuse issues at all...though I did order a set of five fuses, just in case. I use it to test batteries primarily and it does a great job.

Very nice DMM.
This is a well designed meter with the functions I need. The physical size of it, is smaller than expected, but does fit well in the hand, jacket pocket, or tool bag. I use it on a daily basis, and its been performing excellent.

Product came with one of the screws on the battery ...
Product came with one of the screws on the battery access panel over tightened and stripped out. Couldnt even get the battery in to use the meter.
