High Quality Tube, Poor-Fitting Shoulder Strap
The rescue tube itself and towline are well made but the shoulder strap leaves a lot to be desired. Compared to other tubes, the shoulder strap does not fit well and is hard to adjust.However, customer service was very attentive and easy to reach.

Good Quality
Good quality, buoyancy, size, etc. I used mine for life guarding at summer camps. I haven’t seen what’s like to have it out in the sun all day, so I don’t know about it’s longevity, but so far it’s been perfect.
