Great examples and useful templates for PMs to reference
Great examples and useful templates. Great for product managers who would like to specialize in product growth. One remark - there can be fewer words between sessions just for transitioning.

Opened my eyes to the importance of onboarding!
This book has been amazing so far! Ramli does a great job of clearly stating why excellent onboarding is necessary (with the ROI numbers to back it up), and actionable steps on how to make the process smoother.I always thought "My apps are simple, onboarding is for big companies." But now, literally every chapter of this book has given me ideas on how to get people into my app, make sure they use and understand it, and convert them to paying customers. This book isn't just a simple, basic intro that rehashes one concept over and over. It starts from the first time someone visits your website, and expands on each critical step to them becoming a happy customer that sticks around. This book only has to help me get one more paying customer to be worth the price, and I'm pretty sure the changes I've made (and will make soon) will do so much more!

Sometimes you find one of those books, that just keeps you turning page after page after page. This book is one of those rare finds, every page will give you fresh ideas to work on for your product. After all, why waste all those marketing dollars if your users are flocking away the moment they start using your product. If you want to stop wasting money and keep your users from churning, it all starts at the moment they open your app, or product for the first time. Learn how you can keep them engaged and turn them into active users, using the EUREKA framework. You can thank me later ;-)

Very practical and concise
The author don’t waste time with unnecessary background, but jump straight into the topics with really helpful advice. Although there are some repetition, it is intended to make certain most important tips is emphasized and that the reader are reminded exactly where in the process they are. The framework is very helpful and address onboarding issues in a complete and systematic manner. No matter what your level of PM skills are, you will learn many new skills from this book.

A must-read for software orgs
A must-read for any software organization, and for every Product team. Ramli takes the daunting task of user onboarding and turns it into an actionable step-by-step guide that enables Marketing, Product and Engineering teams to work together. As a marketer, this book made me think about the elegantly designed ways in which effective marketing teams begin that onboarding process before the customer actually uses the product.

Great introduction to onboarding!
Truth be told, this is the first book I read about user onboarding. Ramli includes tons of examples and easy-to-memorize concepts. The book taught concepts like time-to-value, onboarding teams, and progress-making forces. Best of all, I learned how to measure good vs. bad onboarding.

Fantastic map for your product led onboarding
What I like most from this book is the fact that we can read it as a whole, or we can deep dive to the section that we are most interested in with so many great practical and ready-to-be-implemented tips. I really appreciate the experience and the knowledge of the author. I also enjoyed the related book Product Led Growth by Wes Bush of the ProductLed team and their podcast and great slack community for those in the saas industry

Product onboarding simplified
I found this book incredibly valuable. Working at a product-led growth company, onboarding is a key component of our growth. Ramli did an incredible job of distilling what can feel like an overwhelming process into simplified and actionable frameworks that we've been able to directly apply to our business. The most important and valuable thing to note about the book is that all of the information provided is ACTIONABLE.I'm the last person to read a self-help or business book because I find that many tend to focus so much on sharing the story of the author, which usually leans far into ego-stroking territory... not this book. So incredibly helpful. As a marketer, it's given me new appreciation for the product team while understanding how I can best help and contribute to the onboarding experience of the product and company.
