raw truth revealed
What an excellent, well written, truth be told book…I highly recommend it to everyone able to read and would recommend it be read or listened to by those who can’t read…it’s that good, necessary and needed today!I love how Erin was so honest, raw, real and vulnerable by sharing how she personally struggled (s) in her own life and is desiring to keep reminding herself of the truth and not worrying about what others think about her…she has a safe group of people with whom she can reach out to in her times of need who will be there for her and will pray for her and encourage her…I’m truly grateful she obeyed God and courageously wrote this book, a book we all need to help us know what being in relationship is all about…connection…we can’t love others well if we don’t know how loved we are by God! 💗

Reading this book for Bible study
I bought this book because I’m so n a Bible study group and this is the book someone chose. I like the book. She incorporates some humor to a very serious matter. If you are struggling with loneliness, then I recommend this book.

Pandemic
I had this book in my library for a very long time due to the topic being something I needed to improve in my life. Since we are experiencing a medical pandemic and that is used as an analogy in this book, I thought it timely. The writing style reminded me very much of a topical blog... written “girlfriend style.” 4 stars because this hits the mark in many ways about the power of and reason for connecting with others. A good starting point for further reading on (and praying about) this topic.

Grateful for this book
In this last few years I have struggled and walked through seasons of loneliness. This book was so encouraging and gave me a lot to consider as I am walking through this season. I was very challenged at the difference between just pursuing being loved and loving others and seeking to be known and to know others. I know I will be pondering those things for a while. I also loved the end of the book: being reminded of the gospel and Jesus's work for me, the truth that God sees me, knows all out me, and loves me, and lastly how these truths should change me and Christ's church. I highly recommend this book for any woman, but especially the one who is walking through a season of loneliness.

Fellowship is crucial
I enjoyed this book. Loneliness is rampant in our world that is so wired for communication. In the midst of this their is no community. This community comes in Christ & should be displayed in our fellowship with one another.

Even if you don't profess to be lonely, this book offers good, sound ideas.
I really like what this book has to say.. I haven't finished it yet but love it so far. I'm reading it on Kindle and it has some issues as far as margins, word placement, etc., but it's still readable.
