The description at the top under the heading, the "Product Information", and the description under "Compare With Similar Items" all say..."Back = bass wood" (it clearly is NOT); "Body = rosewood" (NOT); "Neck = rosewood" (NOT). The "Product Description" says..."Back = zebrawood" (WRONG), "Sides = zebrawood" (WRONG, AGAIN!). The Video says..."Back = walnut", and "Sides = walnut". Do these Chinese sellers even know what it means to tell the truth?!!

12-53 (lights) would be standard for any guitar of this kind. If it lacks bass/low-end, use 12-56. My preferences are towards thinly coated phosphor-bronze strings (Elixir nano, D’Addario, Cleartone, GHS) Because they shave your fingers & frets, reduce noise, and are generally easier play. Mediums are generally for strumming and flatpicking on dreadnoughts, as a thicker string is also more stiff/inflexible.
