I installed these after 3 of us fell down the stairs [we are not grannies we are just maybe drinking too much and wearing fuzzy socks]And now we walk down the stairs alot less worried since for the first time we have grip!Easy to install a kid could do it. However be sure you're putting it where you want it cus once it's on its ON. Advice from me is install them closer to the edge of the stair. I did a few in the middle of my wood stairs and going down [which is the scary one] the stairs, I notice those steps are more slippery since you walK closer to the edge when decending.

After moving into a house with hardwood floors and stairs we saw our larger dog slip on them and then limp for a few hours. We didn't want to risk a more serious injury. These made a huge difference for the whole family. We now all feel safer. The strips add just enough grip to keep shoes, bare feet, socks and paws from slipping. And they are barely noticeable. They don't stand out at all.

We bought these because our collie was having trouble with the stairs. I have been looking at stair treads for a while, but didn’t want anything noticeable. I had to get something quickly after my senior dogs were having issues going up and down the stairs. These came in and have completely changed the game! They were super easy to install and are barely noticeable. My dogs instantly became more confident with going up and down the stairs. Husband and I kept slipping on tiled steps in my house. These adhere well and are barely visible. They are comfortable to walk on with bare feet. Took under five minutes to put them on and the included roller is handy and good quality. No slips since we installed them.

These non slip stair treads were easy to apply (after thoroughly cleaning the stair treads with water and then alcohol). They look good and provide a great non-slip surface to the stair treads.

I have open tread hardwood stairs that were freaking my new rescue dog out, and carpeted treads would have looked really weird. These were really easy to put in place. You can see that they are there but it’s subtle and I’m really happy with how the texture gives a little bit of grip. It helped make my dog keep safe on the stairs and I like it too.
