Utter junk
Two arrived with pixel damage, one stopped working after 3 uses. Amazon would not exchange. Keyboard keys stuck and broke, keyboard stopped working too on another. Please please avoid.

Good starter laptop for tweens/teens
Perfect for my 12 year old to play Minecraft and Roblox on. Easy to use, good for homework (if that ever gets a look in) and my daughter has not yet complained about it being 'laggy' so all is good.

My son love this green colour and Minecraft stickers
I bought this laptop for my son 6th birthday as he asked already for his own computer and I can tell that he was sooo happy as he loves Minecraft and the green colour and stickers are great as well. So for young man it's enough for now as he can play his Minecraft. Thanks

Apps would not download
Bought this as a present for my granddaughter. The initial excitement as regards to the look of the laptop was quickly followed by the fact that it would not download minecraft and several other apps. I contacted support who were unable to resolve the problem even with active assist. As this is a Xmas present I have not returned it in case I have no laptop to give on Xmas day. So I have taken it to a local computer shop. Thankfully they have managed to find the fault that was preventing the apps from downloading, but it did cost me £50. If you do buy one of these laptops make sure you set it up first before you give it as a present or your little one could be very disappointed.
