Works great
I purchased this for my mother for her birthday. She has no complaints. I was worried that the battery would drain easily but we had no such issues. I am glad I purchased this. It is a great value for my money.

Phone seems great, but seller is not
I received a phone that is not unlocked. It's locked by verizon. Furthermore it cannot be unlocked because Verizon says the IMEI matches a phone that is supposed to be a retail demo device... like the ones you can play with but not sell....

The phone charging cable doesn't work had to get a there one. But I'm happy with the phone so far.

Looks and operates like new. Screen is flawless as is the rest of the body of the phone. Works perfectly. Using on Visible (Verizon owned company) and used eSim to activate. I could not be happier! Fast shipping.

This cell phone is the best buy on amazon.Any refurbishede phone should be tried as an alternate to a new model.The money you save can be used for a case and screen protector.

Reconditioned phone with battery and charging port inconsistent
The battery in this reconditioned phone was clearly damaged. It shows a distinct bubble at the back of the instrument. Battery life between charges are disappointing. When on the charger, it prompts me to disconnect when it reaches 80% charge, displaying that the battery is fully charged, with increasing alert chimes.The charging cables that work perfectly on my previous Pixel 3a phone (of which the screen has dead areas due to water damage), sometimes do not want to charge the 4a 5G instrument. Seems like a damaged connection.What is the procedure to have the phone replaced? I have used it for less than 2 weeks.
