I use these on my griddle. One thing Blackstone suffers from is heat escape. I use these on the bottom and sides and they do well not letting the metal overheat. I cover utensils, plastic pieces underneath and even cook asparagus on them. I'm sure it can do more.

The best thing is that they prevent flame up from dripping liquids.

After the first grilling it did not look reusable.

These mats do a good job on the grill, but, are a mess to clean and start to come apart after a few uses. I worry about if any of the related particles are getting in my food. Only advantage is that they are easier to store than a tradition grill plate. I think my next move will be to buy a griddle vice a grill to cook outdoors and dispense with using grill mats like these.

I wish I would’ve bought these mats long time ago! So I usually BBQ and grill with propane, just to let you guys know. I use a Coleman grill and I was able to cut it to size.I cook mostly Asian dishes and some recipes involve the use of sugar and soy sauce. When I say I spend LESS time cleaning the grill, I TRULY do. My grill stays spotless while the mat does the grunt work! The caramelization of the sauces is easy to wipe away! I know some folks say it is not easy to clean but if you have a sink prepare with some warm soapy water, place it in the water RIGHT after you cook while still in its warm, sticky stage. Trust me, all the sugary and stubborn, burnt debris will soften and slide right off WHILE you’re eating with your family! I cook medium heat about 300 degrees, so I never have any burned holes issues. One mat will last me about 30 grill sessions on EACH side. You will know it begins to lose its non-stick when the color and texture of the mat is faded. Best investment ever.

I had some from bed, bath beyond and they were ok. These are heavier and more robust. Works great.

Great value! 2 large sheets. First time I used the non stick performance was a 10! Easy and I mean easy to clean. It’s one of the first grill mat’s that actually performs as stated. I’ve had grill mat’s that I’ve purchased previous to this that did not live up to their “easy clean” claim. First time I used this mat I grilled pork cutlets with B’que sauce and dry rub. Both literally wiped off with one easy rinse! Plus you get 2 mats for a very reasonable price! I cut one in half for smaller portions. They pass heat well and leave perfect grill marks on food. Yes I would highly recommend.

Dont have to scrub my grill!! Finally a useful thing

Non è molto pratico perchè dal forno bisogna rimuovere anche la griglia e il cibo più piccolo può scivolare, inoltre essendo sottile rimane leggermente curvato, tenendolo arrotolato quando non serve, e poco stabile sulla griglia. Non l'ho provato sul barbecue.

Dickes Material was sich gut handhaben lässt. Die Backergebnisse sind wie immer. Geruch neutral. Aber nach dem zurechtschneiden fusselt es schon mal an den Rändern, nichts dramatisches aber man muss eben ab und an mal wieder mit der Schere die kleinen Fäden abschneiden ähnlich wie bei anderen Textilien, die nicht abgekettelt oder gesäumt werden. Unsere alte, z.T löchrige, eingeschnittene und zerknitternte, dünne Backfolie darf jetzt in die "Rente" als Trennmaterial im Heimwerkerbereich.
