Game changer
You can tell you knows how to cook and who does not based on alot of these comments. The noodles don't have flavour because it adopts whatever flavour you cook with.My advice would be cook high flavoured dishes, Asian dishes go really well, or stews to go with the "rice" variety.I make vermicelli stir-fry with lots of vegetables and air fryer chicken.Soya sauce, ginger, these help with added flavour. There are lots of ideas online. The texture is different but that's because it's NOT real noodles, it's a root vegetable that's in the shape of noodles.I also cook mine longer than recommend. If you are trying to lose weight then it's definitely something that will fill you up with no added calories.

Rediculously expensive, made me really anoid.
Please do not buy these. You get NOTHING for your money. It is a classic RIPP OFF! You get them in a box but the bags are tiny. I needed 3 packets, at least to contribute to one meal. See pic. Once drained of all the water you are left with a baby food amount, seriously, if you want to put them to the test then by all means pay the astronomical amount. The larger bag I get, bulging, with little water in comparison from Home Bargains for a £1. There are 250g packs on Amazon far cheaper than what you pay for these, box or no box. Try Amazon alternatives but don't buy these.....do yourself a big favour and SAVE YOUR ££££

Best shirataki I found so far
I tried various brands of konjac/shirataki and must say this is by far the best one on flavour, smell (or the lack of thereof!) and value for money. The price is very friendly for a variety pack and was delivered quickly without any trouble in good condition.Bags are of a good portion, and when opened the smell isn't nowhere near as overwhelming as with other brands. They also seem a bit softer compared to other brands (note that I don't buy blends containing other ingredients, just pure konjac). They also take on flavour in well from what they're cooked with.I would note that event though this is not mentioned in the guidelines it is best to fry any pure konjac products. First wash them in cold water a little, then fry them as this removes a lot of excess moisture giving a bit nicer texture and making them a bit more like 'real' noodles or rice. I tend to fry them in a bit of butter and add in ingredients, such as mushrooms, spring onion, or even a bit of chicken stock to help infuse them with flavour. Someone else mentioned it here and I've been doing it ever since as it really makes a difference - so certainly worth a try!
