Very well made. Side rings are not welded, but no struct. disadvantage. Lg. perfect weight for me.
Im in love. The only complaint i have has absolutely no referance to the company, shipping or anyone along the supply chain. I simply will say buy a longer rope. This dart is a solid one piece cast. If it does separate from the rings(has not happened) it would appear a simple fix because the dart can be fitted directly to the rope. The weight is perfect on the large dart. Be careful!!

Good beginner meteor hammer
The ropes strong and the balls extremely good. The rope of soft but also easy to grip. Good for beginners

Solid for beginners
Good for learning. Great weight and length of the rope. Feels like good quality for the price, excellent to learn on. After about a week the rope is fraying in a few points. Does some serious damage if you hit yourself so be careful. Wear gloves for awhile until your hands toughen up. Overall happy with it but will likely find a better one as I improve.

It's Amazing!
I have been using this for a week and I have already learned most of the beginner techniques. The rope is really good quality and the dart is beautiful. Some minor things are that over time the rope will lose its softness because the rope is being pulled on and it will tighten (mainly on the dart side), the area where you hold the rope in your lead hand will start developing "trash fiber" that will stick out of the rope, and sometimes one of the "noise rings" will pop out if you hit something hard. Some TIPS for people starting out: I recommend watching some youtube videos on how to set up and prepare your rope dart to be custom fit to you before using it (slip knot (for you to tie on your wrist) and adjusting the length of the rope to match your height (so you don't skid the dart on the floor)) Also, I recommend covering your rope dart with something so you don't ruin your shiny new dart and to not hurt/cut yourself. I wrapped mine in electric tape (thick rubber tape) after using it a bit so there are some dings and scratches on mine and wrapping it backward on the first layer so there isn't any adhesive on the metal and then putting a couple of layers on it. I decided to put tape on it after injuring my hand twice, (catching it in mid-air for retrieval and doing a kick shot) when I was trying to catch it the tip landed directly in my palm and gave me a semi-deep cut (I could see the white under my skin) and when I was doing kick shots it slid off my foot early and the dart went straight up and hit in between my knuckle. Both of those wounds have been treated and are for the most part healed. But, overall this rope dart is great.

Powerful and fun
I really like this. This was the first rope dart I ever purchased and it has withstood incredible amounts of abuse. I've been practicing with it for about 2 hours every day for the last 2 weeks, the cotton rope is starting to fray and the flag is beat up, but the rope dart itself holds up very well. ( Keep a file nearby to resharpen the tip if you're throwing in the hardwood like I am) I replaced the included flag with an old tattered Pirate flag I had, and with the help of a carabiner this rope dart is now part of my everyday carry kit. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in getting into rope dart, or those who already have experience and are looking for a deadly weapon. Very fun and satisfying to learn, lots of YouTube videos. If you have experience spinning Poi (or glow sticks) this is the weapon for you, very similar. Also HIGHLY recommend using some sort of padding like a pool noodle around the rope dart while learning to spin and throw, with something like this it would not take a very heavy impact on a shin or the side of a skull to warrant a hospital visit. Good luck future warriors!
