Spot Eliminator

This carpet cleaner works very well I just thought it was kind of odd that I had to sign for it from FedEx $13 and had to sign.

Love this carpet cleaner. Just spray it on and let it set. Take a damp cloth and scrub a little where the stain or dirt is. It comes off like nothing ever happened. Sometimes you don't even have to scrub the area. I have even used this stuff on my bedspread that I have to take to the cleaners to be cleaned. Works great!

Product is great, I’m on my 6th can of the spray. The nozzle does not work and there’s no way to return it. Not a good business practice!!

Okay, I normally don't rate products, although I do read reviews. It's hard to tell what ones are real, but I had to share for this product. So, my daughter left a dark, green crayon on the front seat of my fairly new Toyota. I hadn't purchased any kind of stain guard or anything for my upholstery, so when that crayon melted EVERYWHERE, I knew I could be in trouble. I took all of the crayon off, but the dye left one of the meanest, most awful stains I had ever seen. My favorite carpet cleaner from the store didn't even touch it. I figured I was in really big trouble when the cloth I was using it to clean was coming back without any residue, yet the stain hadn't budged. So, based on other reviews, I decided to give this product a try, not thinking I would have much luck, especially since the stain was over a week old. You can imagine my surprise when the stain started to come out with the first application! Like it says on the can, grease-based stains may require more applications and this one certainly did. I needed two or three applications, and there was a slight remnant of color in one spot, but definitely not noticeable and not nearly as bad as it had been. I think this is a great product and definitely worked. I especially liked that it cost a fraction of the cost and yet really delivered.

This product is really effective in removing spot stains. I had a spot because of oil in my carpet and used stream cleaning which spread the spot to larger area. With this product, I was able to remove the spots from the spread area with out need to bolt or wipe. But the main spot still remains as there was excess oil. I sprayed this and bolted, still the spot is visible. But the can is empty before I could try more time. The product is really good, but the quantity for the price and the smell after spray are the reasons I am giving just 4 stars.

CAN'T GO WRONG WITH ANY CAPTURE CARPET CLEANING PRODUCT.

I am not really a review writer, but I felt like this product deserved it’s due. My husband tripped up the steps with a glass of red wine in his hand. The treads are open so not only did it splash all over our brand new, one – month – old carpet, but it went between the stairs and splashed all over two newly covered white ottomans below. I was devastated. I thought I would have to recover the new ottomans and that a professional would be necessary. I remembered that our carpet retailer gave us I can of this, so I thought I’d try that first. I was astounded when, the next morning I awoke to find that the stains had all but disappeared (on the carpet). The upholstery has taken repeat applications but is passable. I could not believe how well this cleaned everything up!

Not for typical food products, and certainly not for pet urine and other pet spots. But if you need to remove almost any other type of spot on a carpet - grease, wet paint drips, oil, and other various "difficult to remove" spots - this is the product. My son who is a welder and blacksmith, came over for a quick visit and didn't realize he had some heavy duty soot grease combo on his knee. He kneeled down to pet our dog and when he got up there was a black ground-in spot under his knee. The carpet is a light colored carpet. We tried various spot removers and none removed the spot. We ordered Carpet Spot Eliminator and after two applications the spot was gone. Not even a ghost area where the black goo was.
