Perfect value for money.
It was a fantastic product. Now I am writing this review after three years of use. It is still working ( retaining cold temperature inside) very well. Very useful for travel (up to 24 hrs). It is made from China, no great technology, don’t know why it can’t be made in India.However you can make it yourself (DIY) buy a good quality steel thermos and make an ice pack yourself which can be adjusted within with two pens. Remember, opening of thermos must be wide enough.

Poor quality product . Plastic is easily breakable and steel cap is thin and labile .
