First I was afraid of new bad experience but when I receive the machine . Excellent washing machine I would recommend to all ,100% spotless .and people don’t forget the price different more than 500 Dhs cheaper than the new from lulu. Best machine ever also with smart thing ( wireless control ) love it super silent and it has Arabic language 🤗🤗

I only had previously Samsung washing machines, they are very durable and although this time I have had checked other options too, in the end I still chose this one. It came in very good condition, was quickly installed by the same team who delivered, and it works great. I was trying to connect through the app and something goes wrong there, however I really don't think this is essential. It has multiple programs (15 min is the shortest, wool, activewear, outdoor, baby care, silent mode, ecobubble when you need intense cleaning and many more) and also the option to introduce extra laundry during the washing time. Still discovering what this machine can do and I m totally happy with it already, I ll give a 10 stars if possible and I highly recommend.

I have been using samsung from last 10 years.This one is made in china with very poor quality plastic machine.When during spinning complete machine is making noise because of the plastic body.All plastic parts are making noise literally i have to hold the parts to reduce the noise.Washing quality is good .if you dont want to be at home during machine use you can go for this machine . otherwise full sound pollution at home.

I loved the washing machine so much. It was very good.The only problem is that it came with some shipping scratches but I'm pretty sure you won't notice that but other than that, it is PERFECT!It also has an application that you can control it with and its really good.

A lot of hype over "NOTHING." Alexa can't switch the machine on or off. You can't set a wash cycle using Alexa and your voice, at least in the UAE. The only thing you can do is press a button on the side that allows you to control the machine from your phone, but you have to press it every single time you turn the machine on - if I have to go press a button on the machine so I can to choose a wash cycle on my phone, I can just turn the knob on the machine and choose the cycle - nothing "Smart" about that.If you use liquid detergent, you've got to wait till the machine starts filling with water, this is because every program starts with the machine draining the tub, then spinning the drum to "sense" the load, then filling the tub with water, so any liquid detergent you poured at the beginning, is drained and what little is left is spun to the sides and ceiling of the tub before the machine fills with water.If you change you the type of wash program after the machine has filled water and you added the detergent, it just drains it, senses the load again by spinning the drum, and adds water all over again, so you have to add detergent again.When it finishes the wash program, it plays an annoying tune for 2 minutes, a smart machine would allow you to change the tune or at least shorten it, but then again, it's not smart.Choose a Japanese brand, they're much better in EVERY way possible, and designed with common sense in mind. Whoever designed this, never washed clothes because if they did, they wouldnt do such a bad job.
