Terrific flavor. Slightly smokey. Tomato based. No catsup flavor. Great in stews, soups and anything you might try. I think of New Orleans when I taste it.

This stuff is very tasty

Great with meat and fish, I also add some to gumbo, red beans and other Cajun foods. The salt free seasoning mix is also great! That’s money, dude!

Only 4 stars because the spicy variety was not very spicy, but taste great though.

Great product, I use it in tacos

Didn’t blow me away. Tasted like watered down hot sauce. No strong flavours. Even the label was wrinkled on the bottle like not a lot of care or pride went into it’s production.
