This is s straight forward, timeless classic design duvet cover which will fit into the style of most bedrooms. I initially was expecting white, and I have to say this is more of cream, but then it is labelled as egg white. So in my white and grey bedroom it does looks a little too cream for my taste.However as long as you expecting it to be more cream than white than it is of of excellent quality. You can really tell the high thread count which is really important to me in bedding- as it makes the bedding feel amost satin even though it is cotten. I have always been taught by Great Aunts from years gone by, that you buy the most expensive bedding you can afford. And obviously at different stages of life- that changes!- but I wouldn't be without high quality thread count bedding and this one is right up with the best. Lovely investment for a good sleep.

Oh wow this duvet cover and 2 matching pillow cases really offers a feel of utter indulgence and luxury for a bed set. It has an exquisite embelished detail three quarter of the way down on the duvet and a smaller elemental matching pattern on the pillowcases which really break up the plain white. Which I might add isn't a flat white as there is almost a pearlised glisten to the fabric. At a 400 thread count it's a delight to get into bed at night and if you close your eyes you can almost imagine your sleeping elsewhere than your own bed ( like a rather nice hotel). At the bottom for closure there are buttons instead of plastic poppers which are firmly attached and no chance of breaking off just yet. Totally reccomend this beautiful set.

Really pleased with this duvet cover. Looks very classy and expensive. Washes well and has a lovely feel to it. I do feel like I’m in a posh hotel. Only had it a couple of weeks so hope it lasts. Much nicer than I was expecting it to be.
