I am very pleased with the response and customer service I received from Jon at Lifetime Jewelry. I bought a gold cross as a gift for my son about 2 1/2 years ago. My son wore it all the time. The gold began to fade and wear in a certain spot. I followed the procedure, registered the piece of jewelry upon purchase and sent it back according to the warranty. I like wearing a crucifix to help remind me to be a better person. I lost one last week on a trip (probably left it at TSC. So I looked right away for a replacement. This really nice looking. Wish it had a longer chain. I rather want to just put it over my head and 20' doesn't get over my 23"+ head.

I got this necklace for my 13 year old son whose other necklace broke and he found this on amazon for a cheap price. As soon as you get it you can activate a free lifetime warranty on their website. This cross looks really nice and feels very premium. I was worried that this necklace at this price was too good to be true and that it might make a green mark on his neck but he wore it in a couple lacrosse games and when he got sweaty it did not make a green mark. The 18 inch size of the chain plus the size of the cross is the perfect size for a teenager. My son loves the necklace and it looks great. This product was not given to me at a discount price for a review so these are my own words.

I was not happy with this item. It’s made cheaply for what I paid for it to change. She and the chain was tangled when I received it. I’m very unhappy.
