Love it!I was getting my kitchen redone after a flood under the dishwasher and had no idea I would be able to add new appliances with the budget I had. This top looks beautiful and functions well. Electric ignition and 5 different size burners. Clean up is easy install was a breeze just plug into outlet and connect gas line. (It's a build in so you'll need the cut out too...) Can't beat the price and so far so good!Update after over 5 years of daily use: everything still works and looks flawless besides the knobs had to paint them silver again since they do not sell them separately and there are no replacements that fit.

This is our second stove top. We absolutely love the quality of this company. When we installed it and couldn't figure out how to lower the flame, the company quickly returned our email with precise instructions. I highly recommend this cooktop.

Wonderful after not being able to cook for 3 months, I am happy I went with this instead of trying to save up for the more expensive brands name. We will see, they say you have to replace stove tops every 5 years, I definitely not going to waste 1200 dollars every 5 years.

The first one that arrived took a hit in Shipping and 2 of the Igniter's were bent. Then onto the Replacement. Upon Arrival from UPS, it looked OK inside the plastic sack. Upon finishing my outside counter top and taking it out of the bag, the TOP LOOKED like an OCEAN ! The stainless steel seems VERY THIN and it was not straight like the pic's in the description. RETURNED and went with the Black GLASS one. The last one, seems ok, though have not used yet.... Carefully check the Stainless if you buy !!

Better than the one I had but 2 of the burners take longer than they should to light (up to 30 seconds!). Also not that easy to clean and if you leave anything overnight it can stain. DO NOT try and scrub with anything even slightly abrasive (even the backside of a sponge) as it scratches very easy.

Overall, I like the stove top. It does seem to stay cleaner than a glass top as stuff doesn't stick to it. The grates are easier to clean than any I have owned before. At first I thought the knobs could not be removed for cleaning but they are just tight and do require some pulling to remove them. This top will scratch but with stainless that would be expected. You can find something not to like about any cooktop. I previously had a glass cooktop, gas, that I was constantly using a razor blade to scrape away the gunk around the burners. It got broken during a remodel while installing a new vent-a-hood. I do not regret this purchase.

The product arrived and it is beautiful but appears to be popular only on Amazon. I have 2 main challenges with it and I am unable to find resources on the internet to fix them. Empava footprint online is almost non existence and I did not get a response from the email on their website.The first issue I had was that you have to hold the knob down for about 15 seconds before the flame stays otherwise it goes off. I had assumed it was an issue with the thermo-couple but this occurs in all 5 burners. The second issue is the simmer setting; there is no noticeable change from high flame to low flame. I understand this is a common issue when the orifice is changed from NG to LPG; but other brands of cookers have online resources for adjustment of the setting!!

This is an excellent stovetop!!! The price was very right and the features are very user-friendly!!!!
