I purchased this book because I am familiar with the body of work from this organization. I can tell you as someone who has put in a tremendous amount of work as a Realtor, taking the time to learn the nuances and other different disciplines that go into being successful as a Realtor, that this book is without question the foundation for all things Teams related in Real Estate. This book teaches you not only how to have a team but also how to run it like a business. For anyone who has ever run a business, they can verify that they know exactly what I mean. There's too much to reference in a small comment section but understand, as someone who has read dozens upon dozens of books about business and the different fields in Real Estate that this is a must have for the shelf. You'll thank me for recommending this to you.

After a long pause in my team building, I had started to become apathetic about wanting to take people under my wing. Wow this is an amazing book! First off I am a licensed real estate broker who specializes in investment properties and helping my clients build passive income through real estate. Brian Icenhower has taken a somewhat complex strategy and simplified it so that most people can create the financial freedom they are looking for through real estate investing. I highly recommend this book to anyone who may be looking to retire early, diversify their investments, build a rental portfolio, or even just create more income. Brian Icenhower, you’ve done an amazing job!

It’s the TOOL you’ve been looking for to make the right changes and see faster results than just doing it on your own. I love the case studies and quick tips through-out the book - real life stories to inspire and learn from. So glad I purchased this book!

Brian is very knowledgeable. This book is very well laid out! If you have team building questions this book should definitely be your go to! If you ever get a chance to see Brian in person he is very motivational and passionate about what he does. I can’t say enough great things about him, keep an eye out for future books and and amazing coaching events.
