Wore them for 3+ weeks.The hard piece that is supposed to give all the support is not properly sized. The heal cup is small and digs into the pad of your heel through the cushioned insole. The heal cup is so ridged that it never forms to your heal. It’s a bit of a one size, like it or not deal.The pads are okay. Nothing crazy special. All in all i would not recommend them for the price. My plantar fasciitis got worse while wearing them and better after taking out the hard heal cup/arch support.

This is the first insole I have purchased that I am able to use on multiple shoes. I love the versatility of the insole with the removable top layer based on the type of shoe I need it to fit. I currently use the insole for my running shoes as I wear them the most however, changing them over to a work shoe is very quick and easy. The insert is comfortable and I have no foot pain (I have very high arches and a bunion on one foot) when using them. I was honestly wanting to purchase their Dash series for my running shoes and unfortunately they were out of stock. This style was my second choice but I have no regrets. Being able to change them out from shoe to shoe will save me money.

I have had Plantar Fasciitis for several years, it gets better for a while and then will come back with a vengeance. I've used Superfeet, and various other costly insoles and I only get partial relief from them. I wore these for a few hours at a time for several days, and then wore them full time from then on, I out them in whatever shoes I'm wearing, because there is a cover for just about all situations. I have a medium/high arch, and I chose the medium level insoles, they're perfect. Helping with by back and knee pain as well. These are WORTH the investment! I highly recommend them.

I recommend this product. I convinced my father to buy a set as well. These are very much worth the extra money if you have nerve pain in your feet and legs, or supination in your ankle due to high arches, which is my problem. I like that they come in individual sizes so you don’t have to cut them, it makes a big difference in the fit of the insoles. Also it’s great that it comes with three different foot pads to accommodate different kinds and pairs of shoes. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I returned these because I only needed One pair. I bought the one pair and use them in my shoes every day. They are the best insoles that I have had. No more plantar fasciitis, no painful ankles. If given a choice, I would purchased no other brand of insoles.

These are fantastic. I wish the arch support were a bit higher, as my arches are crazy high. But they have made my work shoes so much better. My back and foot pain is almost completely gone. I love that these insoles can be adjusted to work with almost every shoe I have.

I like the flexibility provided by this product. I was able to experiment with each of the parts provided using different kind of shoes and hicking boots. In one case, it is best for me to remove the blue "low arch height" plastic. You have to experiment to find what works for you.

These are amazing. Walking with very little pain. I am discovering that the shoes are probably morenworn out than I thought. Or the rubber soles are disintegrating due to age, but any way these insoles make a tremendous difference. I just put the thin ones in my slippers tonight and they don't hurt anymore.
