First off we were a little worried about ordering this as there were not reviews at all on this product so we went and looked at other products by the same company. They all seemed to have really good reviews except one or two items so we went ahead and made the purchase. Everything came as expected and came a few days early. We installed it on the cart in the same day and everything came in great condition. We have not had any problems with it yet and it took about a hour and a half to install. The only reason for the long install time was due to the directions were horrible. It comes with directions but there is no markings on the hardware bags to show which bag of screws or bolts go with which( at least ours didn't). We had to use some common sense and figure out if it says to screw 4 bolts in and there are two bags of bolts then use the correct size for the length of the hole. From that point it was fairly easy to install.

Overall great product for the price. I disagree with some of the quality complaints. Unless you’re 300 lbs plus the back step is plenty sturdy to step on. I was impressed with the packaging and materials used. Arrived with zero blemished or broken parts. Agree 100% with complaints regarding instructions and grab bag of hardware included. Took way longer than it should have to assemble due to minimal instructions provided and none of the bolts were labeled or in sets. Just big bag of nuts, bolts and washers and you’re on your own. When I finished putting it together I had to switch around a few things. No big deal but would have cut assembly time in half or more if bolts were packaged in individual sets.

This took much longer to install due to poor instructions, but once it was installed it is great! We've only used it for a couple months, but it's working well and feels strong and durable.

This product is severely flawed and should not be sold in its current form. The instructions are inadequate, hardware was missing, and the frame arrived damaged. Multiple components do not align with existing mounting points, requiring bending and drilling just to assemble. The rear step/platform is poorly engineered and structurally unsound. It flexes excessively under minimal load, and the support brackets rotate due to improper design. Even after reinforcement and modification, the platform failed during light towing use. I regret not returning this immediately. The materials, design, and quality control are unacceptable. Avoid this product.

Got this for my Dad for a Christmas gift. Opened the box and everything was packaged nicely. The parts and seats seamed to be of good quality. Once I started into the instructions, it slowed down from there on. I like to think I'm mechanically inclined but, the instructions were SO vague it slowed the installation process down considerably! The pictures were terrible and the written instructions were terrible! I had to figure out, through trial and error, how to put this thing together ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE PROCESS!!! I gave it three stars just because of the quality of the parts. There are several holes that you will have to drill out bigger so the hardware will fit. I was constantly changing socket sizes and wrench sizes back and forth on each step. So, if this is your first time installing something like this, count on several hours to do it and have a good variety of tools around to help you. Also, it helps to have someone to assist you too.

Not unlike other reviews say, keep everything loose until assembly is complete. Instructions are less than optimal. My one negative will be that I have to remove the cushions to totally get rid of all the protective plastic cover material. GREAT value! Our local cart shop wanted +$100 for a similar product plus much more $$ to install. I'm upgrading the suspension on our cart because of the added weight.

I knew going into this project that other reviewers made mention of poor directions and no labels on any part. I think I did under estimate the amount of time that it would take to get everything put together. I am a very capable person when it comes to mechanical work and assembly, but this is on a new level and not in a good way. They give you a big bag of nuts and bolts of various sizes and no idea on how to use them. There were many times that I had to switch out sizes because they didn’t fit. There was some damage to the product as well. They did make the effort to wrap some of the parts , but it looked like it was scratched before it was wrapped. The build quality is decent, but just plan on spending a good amount of time working on this.
