Been using this brand for a long time. It brings that extra umami to your cooking.

I like the Mushroom bouillon. I never even knew it was available. I use it in my Quinoa, along with chicken bouillon, Jalapeño pepper dried flakes, and add my hot Habanero olive oil from Sciabica’s Olive Oil in Modesto. Mmmmm!!! It’s adds a great flavor in the background. Highly recommend it.

If you like mushroom taste , this will bring it to your dishes

I was so bummed when my local farmer’s market stopped selling mushroom bouillon. This is an almost 100% match though! So happy I found this. It’s delicious and healthy.

My wife and I were searching for a non-meat alternative to beef and chicken bouillon, expecting this product to be just a temporary substitute. To our surprise, we were completely wrong—this stuff is amazing! I’ve stopped buying beef and chicken bouillon altogether. It’s essentially a more affordable version of mushroom powder, and we absolutely love it. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!

True to size

I have previous bought this mushroom bouillon a long while back. I use the previous can sparingly because of it's relatively strong flavor profile. With this can, it seems like the formula has changed to add more salt with a lessened mushroom flavor. It still tastes of mushroom, but not as strongly as the previous can. I typically use this to add mushroom flavoring to gravies and soups. With the extra saltiness, I have to use even less, imparting less mushroom flavor than I'd like. The manufacturer needs to cut back on the salt to allow the mushroom flavor through. We're not buying salt, we're buying mushroom flavored bouillon. The salt is somewhat out of balance with the flavor. It's still flavorful and useful in cooking, but not as much as I was hoping.

I love this stuff. It has an amazing flavor.
