Decent little pump for the cost. Although I wish it stored power. The only downside is if the solar panel is even partially covered, it won’t work properly. Must be in full sun. But still, it provides the perfect shower for a 14” birdbath

Extremely small size delivers amazing water volume for small fountain or bird bath. Supplied vinyl hose is worthless - throw away immediately. It is not self supporting and kinks, cutting off water flow. Instead use 1/4 inch ID clear plastic water supply hose available at any big box store or hardware store. Use pair of scissors as a reamer to slightly widen one end of 1/4 inch hose to fit over nipple of the pump. Hose will self tighten on the nipple, no need for a clamp of any kind. Solar panel will start pump immediately, so slip panel into an opaque bag before going outside. Take solar panel out of bag when the pump is fully submerged in water. Otherwise you will burn out the pump if it runs dry.

Not great, pump wit push water up the tube more than 6 inches.

Perfect for solar bird bath

This only works in bright, direct sun. The moment a cloud or shadow is in front of the solar panel, it stops immediately. The solar panel must also be rotated to face the sun throughout the day in order for it to continue working.The tubing that came with the pump is also a very poor fit. I had to do a lot of diy to make it stay on.I would return this fountain had I not already put in a lot of time and work assembling my fountain. At the end of season I’ll be throwing this out and taking the loss. I would only recommend this to my enemies.

I like this pump because the tubing was included and I don't have to go shopping for that item. It works very well.

The media could not be loaded. It worked as soon as I put it in the water. I couldn't ask for anything easier to use, set up and actually work. I leave it out all day 24/7 and clean out the the bowl it's in once a week. The birds love their solar birdbath I put this pump in. 👍I didn't use the other attachments I wanted a easy babbling water for the birds.

I bought this for my father who was building a little fountain for hummingbirds. So far, it's been working great! It arrived on time and in perfect condition.
