I really really suffer and have bought so many different lactose pills. I’ve bought some really expensive ones (I won’t name which they are, but let’s just say it’s still a full container as they’ve let me down)! We know how tricky it can be if you’re looking to indulge and you take pills that don’t work nobody wants to deal with those consequences!! 💩 This is my second purchase and I find that they work really well. I don’t have any residual side effects. I feel fine. I generally take two -three before I eat anything with dairy in it. One thing that I would say is that if you are a lactose intolerant or have a major sensitivity there are really good items out there that are lactose free. I think rather than continuing to take pills on a regular basis swap out those items because they taste really good and save these for a special occasions or treats!

I had severe problem using milk products like indigestion, gases, brething issues, stomach swelling, uneasiness etc. I was not drinking tea which is my favorite but now I do not have any problems after using naturals lactose enzymes. It is much more effective then other products and do not have any side effects.

I chew these, and the don't taste bad or chalky. They work, too, but I take more or less depending on the portion of the lactose-containing food or drink item. I buy these all the time, and the price is good, too.

No he notado efecto ninguno..noto la intolerancia a la lactosa ..sin embargo con otras marcas no.. y no me fío de lo q tiene
