WOW what a difference this makes. One of the Best insulator packs I’ve ever owned. Excellent size for multiple orders or large order food delivery. Large enough for a pizza box. Highly recommend! In the summer in Texas, the temperature inside a car can get very hot. If you put your ice cream in that heat, it won’t be frozen long. We use the insulated bag to get the cold stuff home from the store cold, and it works very well. In addition, the handles and straps allow for easy unload from the car to the house, saving time and legwork. It is a roomy bag so it can hold a number of grocery items. No more soupy ice cream! Note: While insulated, this is not a Yeti cooler. If you are traveling for an hour or more, you might need more than an insulated bag.

Quality canvas. Good stitching. Good zipper. Nice wide straps that appear to be attached well, no issue at this point. One reason I chose this bag is because the straps go around the bottom; I only purchase this type. If the straps are only attached to the sides, it is too much pull where they will eventually breakdown. A multi-purpose pan lol. I didn’t want the bottom to bow when loaded, so I purchased a pan for a fixed bottom. The pan is solid, it is thick, so it won’t bend. It works great – the size fits with just a little extra space around the edges of the bag, it doesn’t slide around. It is not heavy so it will not add much weight to a loaded bag. This cooler would be perfect if it didn't leak. It kept food cold with a bag of ice overnight in the car (about 24 hours), but the ice melted some and the cooler leaked water underneath it. If you put a garbage in it before loading it, it will be fine. I would still recommend this cooler but with reservations - you have to know it leaks and take precautions. It is easy to fold up and put away and seems sturdy in that it didn't break and seemed like it would hold up. Only time will tell. But disappointed in the leaking for sure. Other raters said this and it's true!

I purchased a couple of these so far for a ministry that delivers food to the homeless on the streets. Because of the way the handles are attached, it doesn't tend to bow a lot when individual sized containers of soup or other items are inside, but I do put heavy cardboard in the bottom to stiffen them a bit since they do get carried around. They keep the food warm over the hour or so it takes to deliver the meals. The material on the exterior of these bags are sturdy. I expect them to hold up for a long time. The interior material isn't flimsy, but might get worn or punctured if sharp or really heavy objects are put in the bags. We only use the bags for food delivery and put various meal containers and plastic utensils inside.

This bag is fantastic. It made carrying my groceries so much easier, and it is insulated to keep the food at the right temperature. I love it!

This has become such an essential to my job. It’s durable & tough for sure to carry a generous amount of weight. I appreciate the straps being thick and Velcro together to make the bag transferable. Can easily fit 3-4 bags of groceries. I keep ice packs to ensure quality of the food stays cold as possible & with this bag it’s a breeze!
