The jabra2 30 could have been versatile in having connection to phone AND/OR computer systems. Trying to contact Customer Service - not easy. Sound output poor.

This was the first headset I've purchased that was not a Plantronics brand in 15yrs of working from home. I'm sorry to say I will be returning the Jabra Evolve2 30 MS Wired Headset, USB-A, Mono, Black. I work in a high call volume virtual call center, I handle on average of 100 to 150 calls in a 10hr shift, 5 days a week. Today was my first 10-hour shift with the Jabra and about 6 hours into my shift my ear began to hurt and become bothered by the headset. The sound quality was the same as my Plantronics Blackwire. The USB Cord is too short for my professional setup. I also found that volume and mute buttons when I pressed them the customer was aware I was messing with the headset. I was hoping for better quality than Plantronics Blackwire but in comparison, I will be going to back Plantronics Blackwire.

Work great but a little on the heavy side

I bought a wired headset because I wanted an absolutely reliable connection and didn't want to deal with Bluetooth connection issues. Well, my plan didn't work. Periodically, if I have had the computer on for a few hours, the headset suddenly won't work. The call will connect, but I can't hear anything. The only way to fix it is rebooting my computer. So, I need to toss these and buy something else.

These are awful! The cord isn’t that long, they are absolutely NOT left-sided (only right ear), the microphone doesn’t move much and the sound quality is neither noise canceling nor clear. DO NOT BUY.
