Really happy with this, and I’m SUPER picky about my notebooks. It’s thin and lightweight enough to carry with you, and the dividers are perfect for sorting notes by topic, then adding/removing as needed. Which is key - most notepads I either clutter up with junk notes and can never find the one I’m looking for, or I get too precious about keeping them ‘dedicated’ to a particular topic and then they quit being useful. This is perfect bc you can always just grab it to take notes on a blank page, then move it where you want it - or toss it - later. I just wish the refills were more in line with the pricing of normal A5 paper - the 100# is very nice, and if you’re picky about your paper you’ll be pleased, but for genera everyday notes I’m fine with the cheap stuff. Have debated buying one of those hole punches with the slot like these have and doing my own.

5 stars for use with ball point, rollerball, or pencil; 3.5 stars for use with fountain pen.Compared to Staples ARC system...-the Filofax notebook has a much less obtrusive binding system but one which holds much less paper than standard 1" ARC rings. As received it is really already too full to easily turn pages.-the Filofax notebook has a more substantial cover than the basic ARC notebooks and an elastic strap to hold the notebook closed.-the Filofax notebook includes a ruler and dividers.-the Filofax notebook has creme colored paper; the ARC paper is much whiter.-the Filofax paper is noticeably less fountain pen friendly than the ARC paper, showing more bleed through and shadowing on the page backs than with the ARC. This is more pronounced the thicker the nib and seems to vary some with the ink used. Fine nibs mostly ok. Platinum blue and carbon black work ok, Diamine inks tend to shadow/bleed. Roller ball pens seem to do fine. The ARC paper also feels smoother to write on than the Filofax.Compatibility between the systems...-ARC paper ~sort of~ fits into the Filofax, but not well.-Filofax paper doesn't fit into the ARC notebook at all.There is a lot to like about the Filofax notebooks if using a fountain pen with the right nib & ink combo or not using a fountain pen. You can maybe slip an occasional ARC page into the Filofax but otherwise don't plan on sharing pages back and forth.

I love this notebook. It's sturdier than I expected and ever so useful. The pages will pop out if you need to rearrange anything between the tab dividers. They don't pop out on their own. It's easy to write in it and the paper is decent quality. This is the only one I'll order from now on and I want one for my sewing room too.I took it in Office Depot and they found paper that would work as a refill. It's nice to know I can find paper to refill if I can't get it on Amazon. I seriously would like to have one in every color. It's a great notebook.

If you're looking for a small, refillable notebook, this is perfect! I tried many different ones and finally found this. I ordered a second just in case they stop making them.

I just love having a great notebook and this one is the one. I can remove pages and move them around if needed. IT's a nice cover that looks nice to carry around. When it's open it lies flat so I can write on either side of the page. There a few folders with tabs included as well so you can create sections. It's great! Wish I had come across this a long time ago.

I love this notebook! I use it as a planner, and the size is perfect. I've had it for months now and it still looks brand new. It is really easy to refill, and I always have two months of daily plans available. I added two pages of monthly calendars as well. Great purchase!

First of all, the notebook overall is FANTASTIC mostly because it's refillable, cheap and the pages, indexes, ruler, etc. all easily move around. HOWEVER, be careful what refills you buy - this is the Filofax NOTEBOOK (8 holes) not the ORGANIZER (6 holes) see pic I posted of the, ahem, wrong paper :| Now the fun part *spoilers* The blue is an exact Tardis Blue! Only a Whovian can appreciate this. I wanted a River Song looking notebook for...um...well, my D&D game, ha-ha. I know, I know...don't mix your genres! Anyway, Etsy has a ton but a)EXPENSIVE! b)not refillable (usually) and c)EXPENSIVE. I had resigned myself to just a plain, boring, refillable notebook when I stumbled on this color and inspiration struck! I made a River-Song-Diary template using an image from the web and my Cricut, sponge painted over the template, and VOILA! River Song Notebook! Win-win for this happy camper.

This was just what I was looking for. If you’re careful you can move pages although I would not recommend moving same page many times. I like the dividers. Good quality product

I love these Filofax notebooks. Its a wonderful feature to be able to add and remove pages. I use these notebooks daily at work and at home. The previous three notebooks that I've purchased have all had smooth, crisp white paper - I'm a bit of a stationary nerd and paper quality is important to me. I was disappointed to find that this particular notebook came with cream coloured paper that has a very slight grainy feel to it. While I love the colour of the cover - a very rich pear green, I'm really disappointed that the listing didn't make it obvious that the paper colour was not white. That is my only reason for not giving this item 5 stars. If paper colour doesn't bother you, don't hesitate in buying this. Its a high quality product - very durable, the cover is almost leather and you would never know the difference, the elastic closure is very thick. Personally, I never use the 3 dividers and 1 divider/folder combo that are included but they are made of a thicker paper and seem durable. Included is a removable ruler style bookmark which I love. Its made of thin plastic, is very bendable and useful for everyday measuring or drawing straight lines/underlining. Overall this is another great product from Filofax

Su sistema de hojas perforadas es muy bueno para poder re-organizar las notas que tomo, el papel es de buena calidad pero no funciona muy bien con plumas fuente (basadas en agua), por otro lado, con bolígrafos es bastante bueno.Lo que no me gustó de la libreta es que el elástico que la cierra se desprendió después de algunos meses de uso, la llevaba diario en mi mochila y no soportó muy bien este uso, la portada también se comenzó a despegar (está compuesta por dos capas de plástico con un relleno de cartón) y los separadores tienen marcas muy notorias por el roce de las hojas.La libreta es buena pero no soporta el uso frecuente, algo que me sorprendió tomando en cuenta que está diseñada para aceptar hojas de reemplazo.

I've been enjoying this notebook! The paper is very thick and feels “premium”. I've had no issues with ghosting and the cover is sturdy. I like that it comes with dividers and a ruler and it is super handy to move the pages around. I bought a dot paper refill pack to add in and it's a little too full, so I only wish it would hold more. Overall great buy!

The notebook itself is very good and does everything as advertised except there isn’t a pen holder on the size I ordered.I did not receive everything as advertised though. I didn’t get a refill, index, the 8 quad pages or 8 blanks pages.

This has become a staple in my briefcase. The pages are removable and reversible - you can take a page out, flip it, put it back in, etc. Really, really handy. And JUST the right size. The leather cover is a really nice quality as well. The only improvement I'd suggest is a pen holder, but I can't think of a way that could be done without detracting from the clean look of this notebook.
